How can I list as a featured service or event with Village Kiwi?

To ensure as many people as possible are viewing your listing, you may wish to list as a featured service, or featured event.  

Simply fill in our contact form and we will respond to you with the information you require. 

We aim to review and upload your featured listing within 3 working days. Remember to provide your contact details just in case we need more information from you. 

How do I advertise on Village Kiwi?

We welcome your advertising enquiry at any time. We have a variety of advertising packages available.

How can I list as a standard service or event with Village Kiwi?

We welcome relevant service providers to list their services and events with us. This is free to do. Simply click here to provide us with your details, and we will be in touch shortly.

Who can see my personal details?

All information loaded to your profile is secured via SSL. Your real name will not be visible to the general public, only your username will be. Additional to this, your suburb, age of child/s, and profile picture will be visible.
Everything else will be hidden from the public, unless you invite them into "your village", in which case people can see your name, and anything else you choose to upload. You can, however, search for someone using their real name in the search box; although only usernames will appear in the search results.

How do I provide, compliments, complaints, or feedback?

We welcome all compliments, complaints, and feedback. We hope to use your feedback to help us improve the Village Kiwi experience!

How can I amend the information on an existing listing?

If you are the provider of a listed service or event, and would like to modify the listing, or add a photo, please click here and fill out the contact form. We aim to review and amend your listing within 5 working days.

Problems Logging In?

There are a couple of possible reasons why you may not be able to log in to Village Kiwi.

Wrong email/password
If you enter the wrong email address and password combination, an error message will display. If you've forgotten your password, you may request that password reset instructions be sent to your email address.

Your cookies are not enabled
If you do not have cookies enabled, you may not be able to login or use the site correctly. A cookie is a small file that gets stored on your computer and enables you to log in. Cookie options are controlled in your browser preferences which vary depending on which browser you use. In most browsers it's easy to 'enable cookies' by going to 'settings' in the programme and locating the check box relating to enabling cookies.
